How Do I Sign Up For Internet Banking?
There are a couple of easy ways to sign up for internet banking. You can stop into any of our branches and fill out a sign up form, or you can click here to sign up electronically.
Once we receive your sign up application and have verified all information, we will contact you via email. In the email we will provide your temporary login name as well as your temporary password. We strive to respond to all request within the same business day that we receive them, but on occasion it may take up to a day to respond. Once you receive our email, you will be able to login after 6:00 p.m.
If you have forgotten your password, we provide two convenient options for you. If you click "Forgot Password", a temporary password will be emailed to you immediately. This feature is available 24/7. The other option is our "Reset Request" form. With this option, once you have submitted the request a represenative will email you with a new password typically within one business day. This option is convenient if you have forgotten your login name or your security questions.
There are several reasons your account may have become disabled:
- For security purposes your account will automatically lock itself out after 90 days of inactivity. This helps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
- If you enter your password incorrectly three times consecutively, the system will disable your account.
- If you answer your security questions incorrectly three times consecutively, the system will disable your account.
In any of the above referenced instances, you will need to call the bank directly or click here to perform a reset request.
Typically this is caused by the system not being able to recognize your login. If you see the picture below after entering your login name the system did not recognize your login:
The phrase "explicitly ambiguous" is a good indicator that the login failed. Please contact the bank to be reset.
Our representatives strive to process all requests the same day as they are received. Once the request has been received, our representative will verify all pertinent information and then send out an email that will contain all information needed to login.
Yes, as long as you are an owner or authorized signer on the account we can affiliate your account so that it shows up when you login. You will need to contact the bank and speak with one of our representatives to affiliate your account.
