Consumer Loans are typically for personal needs such as cars, other vehicles or personal expenses.

It is helpful to have the following supporting documentation when applying for a consumer loan:

Completed loan application
Two years signed tax returns
Current pay stubs or verification of income
Current financial statement
Information about collateral including titles, purchase receipts ...
Insurance verification

Real Estate Loans are typically for residential, business and agricultural real estate purchases but may also use real estate as collateral when the loan proceeds are to be used for other purposes. Real estate lending is often more complex due to consumer protection regulations and typically requires specific loan applications, documentation and processes. If you are interested in a real estate loan, it is often best to just come in and talk to our real estate lenders about the particular type of real estate you are interested in. We will guide you through the process.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR NEW LOANS

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means for you:

When you open an account we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
