  1. Completed loan application
  2. Two years signed tax returns
  3. Current pay stubs or verification of income
  4. Current financial statement
  5. Information about collateral including titles, purchase receipts ...

Real Estate Loans are typically for residential, business and agricultural real estate purchases but may also use real estate as collateral when the loan proceeds are to be used for other purposes. Real estate lending is often more complex due to consumer protection regulations and typically requires specific loan applications, documentation and processes. If you are interested in a real estate loan, it is often best to just come in and talk to our real estate lenders about the particular type of real estate you are interested in. We will guide you through the process.

Agricultural Loans are typically for cattle, crops, machinery, equipment, Letters of Credit or real estate. FSA guaranty and non-FSA guaranty loans are available. AgLink interest rate assistance loans may be available for qualified borrowers.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR NEW LOANS
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means for you:
When you open an account we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
